Our Notes
Quickie by Punks is a vibrant coloured Pinot Grigio made from 100% Adelaide Hills fruit.
The grapes were destemmed/crushed and pressed into stainless for settling, then racked dirty and fermented cool. A little time to rest and stabilise, then straight into the bottle.
Quickie is a zingy, copper/pink Pinot Grigio with plenty of delicious fruity notes and some light barrel ferment.
