Our Notes
Fresh and quaffable, even for the varietal, nutty with pear and zippy citrus-peel acid. Medium-full, almost waxy mouthfeel adds to the easygoing luxury.
From The Winemaker
Aromas of white peach, pears, and crushed almond meal. Crisp, refreshing and driven with a citrus acid line on the palate. It's nicely balanced with a waxy viscosity and sprinkle of sea salt minerality. Pair with a Dim Sum selection.
About the Winery
The Flying Winemaker is businessman, wine judge, winemaker, wine writer and television personality Eddie McDougall, who has launched this project after a string of positions at prominent winemakers, including old Secret Bottle favourites Clyde Park. Eddie is a strong advocate for a "rosé revolution" and interested in up-to-the-minute winemaking practice.Your order is dispatched within 2-5 days from our Sydney warehouse.
