A Classic London Dry gin that is known the world over and rightfully so. Plymouth has a great depth of character and makes for the perfect Martini.
Plymouth has a slight sweetness and extraordinary concentration and complexity.
Unlike many of its competitors, Plymouth Gin uses a higher proportion of sweeter root botanicals, including orris root and angelica, rather than juniper.
The result is a great depth of flavour with deep earthy notes and lemon with a fresh hint of juniper. No single botanical dominates and the finish is long and dry.
Tasting Notes: A great depth of flavour, with wonderfully fresh juniper, lemony bite with deeper earthy notes.
