Colour: Bright Crimson
Nose: Dark cherries, plums, blackberries and forest floor intermingled with subtle oak and white pepper spice.
Palate: Displays bright red fruits with nuances of black fruits combined with hint of savoury spice. Integrated oak, chalky tannins, light on its feet with a long a fresh finish.

Hunter Valley stalwarts Bimbadgen ("place of good view") primarily produce wines for various ultra-luxury hotels here and overseas, but luckily for those of us not regularly checking in at marble concierge desks an amount ends up released to the public through the gorgeous Bimbadgen cellar door and several retailers - including us!

19 crimes

Although the 19 crimes blend is by far my favourite, I was keen to try the whole Red series, The Shiraz was very nice and I would definitely recommend this and the other 19 crimes to anyone 🙃
