Unico Zelo stand back here to let the fruit do the talking, and with zero oak and the slow-ripening conditions of the 2021 Adelaide Hills vintage it’s highly sophisticated talking said fruit is doing. Rich clay, tartblueberry and skin-on red apple all make an appearance.

In 2021 we were able to get some tremendous quality fruit; as pure and unadulterated as Pinot Noir gets. Fuji Apple, bright cherries, and a whiff of smokey earthiness. Pure and elegant. Blueberries, grape, crunchy tannins - all the things you like about Pinot are here. Just without the oak.
