Our Notes
This exactingly-made red is a great introduction to the Hunter Valley style of Shiraz, which is darker, inkier and with an almost creamy touch of spicy French oak. Pleasantly aromatic, with rose-petal notes adding to the overall sense of luxury. Fruit character tends towards the darker end of Shiraz’s red-fruit flavour profile, think tart black and red cherry.

This Hunter Valley Shiraz is focused, bright and pure. On the nose there is an alluring floral lift and grace, supported by French oak spice. The palate has sandy, fine tannins supporting concentrated black cherry fruits showcasing wonderful persistence and balance. Great drinking now or holding for 3-5 years of aging.
