Bungalow Lane Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a celebration of the stand-out varietal character of premium Barossa Cabernet. This robust, full-bodied wine showcases the rich fruit flavours and distinct varietal characteristics associated with premium Cabernet Sauvignon.
A dense wine with dark, brooding flavours. Assertive tannin combines with intense plum and chocolate to give a wine that will age gracefully
Fruit was selected from two specific blocks in the Rowland Flat area, including the estate owned Bungalow Block.
Extended time on skins was used to extract the natural flavours, followed by 18 months in a combination of new and old, French and American oak. These separate oak parcels were then blended producing a wine with brooding, dark flavours, which are regionally characteristic to Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the Barossa.
